The whole property in one report.
Rooms, restaurants, spa and tour desk post to the same ledger, so revenue, payments and taxes reconcile without exports. Two audiences read it: management asks where the money comes from, reception asks what happens today.
Why it reconciles →Stacked columns, one for each month of the year. Rooms are the tallest band in every month, food and beverage roughly a third of that, and spa, tours and other the thin band on top. Revenue climbs from January to a July peak of about twice the winter level, then falls back through the autumn.

The same numbers, read two ways.
Where the money comes from
- Revenue by department, outlet, channel and rate plan
- ADR, RevPAR and occupancy against last year
- Spend per guest across rooms, F&B, spa and tours
- Taxes, city tax and commission ready for accounting
What happens today
- Arrivals with ETA, departures with balance
- Rooms not yet clean, blocked or under maintenance
- Open tasks by department, with who is on shift
- Unpaid folios and pre-authorisations to take
From inbox to done, with less typing.
Requests arrive by e-mail, chat and phone. The system proposes the task with a department, room and deadline; a person confirms it.
- Nothing is only in an inbox — a request without a task does not exist
- Roles decide visibility — housekeeping sees rooms, not rates
- Recurring work included — pool checks, filters, licences
Hours and tips, handled where the work happens.
Staff clock in on the POS or the housekeeping app. The roster, overtime and tip split come out of the same record.
Roles and permissions
A waiter sees the floor. A supervisor sees the outlet. A manager sees the property. Rates, discounts and voids are permissions, not habits.
