A group account sits above its properties and reads their reporting — occupancy and sales, per property and consolidated. The properties keep their own operation, and guest profiles are shared across the group.

Ogni struttura gestisce la propria giornata: camere, tariffe, punti vendita, personale e report suoi. I profili ospite sono condivisi nel gruppo, così un ospite di ritorno viene riconosciuto in qualsiasi struttura con il suo storico intatto.

Occupazione e metriche di vendita arrivano dallo stesso libro su cui registrano le strutture, quindi il totale di gruppo è la somma di ciò che è successo davvero.
